Delete Your Twofer Account
You can start account deletion inside the Twofer app. If you cannot access the app, you can email us and we will help verify and process the request.
Delete in the App
Use the path that matches your account type:
Consumer account: Settings → Delete my account
Business account: Account → Delete my account
The app will ask you to confirm before deletion starts.

Send a request from the email address tied to your Twofer account:

We may ask for extra information to verify that you control the account.
What We Delete or Anonymize
- Your login account and account profile.
- Consumer profile data such as ZIP code, birthdate, location preferences, and push tokens.
- Saved favorites and personal links to deal claims where deletion is supported.
- Business profile data you own, including business contact details and draft or published deal records where deletion is supported.
- Raw analytics rows tied to your user ID are deleted or anonymized where supported by the app database.
What May Be Retained
Some records may remain if we need them for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, backup recovery, or basic business records.
Aggregated or de-identified information may remain for analytics and reporting. This does not identify you directly.
Public deal pages or shared deal previews may remain temporarily while deletion is processed or while cached by third-party services.
Timing
In-app deletion is designed to start right away. Email requests may take longer because we need to verify the account owner before processing the request.
