Twofer Terms of Service

1. What Twofer Is

Twofer is a platform that helps users discover and redeem local promotional offers from participating businesses. Twofer provides the platform, but the offers themselves are created and fulfilled by the participating businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Twofer.

By using the service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally allowed to use the service.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Providing accurate information
• Any activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to impersonate another person or create an account using false information.

4. Deals and Redemption

Deals on Twofer may be limited by:

• Time
• Quantity
• Business participation
• Eligibility rules
• Redemption method

A deal may expire, sell out, be canceled, or become unavailable. Businesses are responsible for honoring valid offers according to the terms they set, but availability can change.

Users may not duplicate, manipulate, resell, transfer, or abuse deals or redemption flows.

Twofer may block, cancel, or limit access to deals if we detect fraud, misuse, repeated abuse, technical issues, or policy violations.

5. Business Participation

Businesses that use Twofer are responsible for the offers they publish, including offer details, limits, availability, and redemption conditions.

Twofer is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, pricing, or fulfillment of products or services provided by participating businesses.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass redemption limits
• Share or misuse another user's account
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantage
• Submit false information or abuse promotions

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Twofer if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or engaged in fraud or misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

Twofer and its related branding, software, content, and design are owned by Twofer or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content or technology except as allowed by law or with written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Twofer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

We do not guarantee that any offer will always be available, redeemable, or accepted in every situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twofer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, in the prior 12 months, or $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twofer and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

12. Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
